I will gladly accept cancellations. Please inform me if you will be cancelling your order 48 hours after your purchase. If you request to cancel your order after the 48 hour frame, I will be unable to cancel your order.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on any of my products. If you do experience and problems with your order, please contact me.

Shipping Policies

The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to underfunding and COVID-19. At this point, I cannot predict how these challenges will affect shipments in the future. Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail. Cuomo's Creations will not be held responsible for shipping delays and lost packages.
